A great book on strategy by A.G. Lafley and Roger L. Martin
This is one of the best books on strategy. It’s a quick and easy read. It was written based on practice, not just in theories. It provides very intuitive concepts that provide a common language to communicate, build and execute strategies. It gives the key elements needed to design strategies from the corporate level down to business and functions. I have applied this (somewhat adapted) framework dozens of times with great results. It’s a must-read for managers at any level.
